Jasmine & Bramble Cottages are old stone built, beamed with Inglenook fireplace, original Bread Oven, and complete with Log Burner. Fully equipped - Lounge: Radio/CD/TV-Video etc. & refurbished to a very high standard, centrally heated self-catering with all linen, bedding, towels, and welcome pack included.

The modern equipped Kitchen with every extra enabling the gourmets amongst you to cater to a high standard for up to 8 people. (If the chef is on holiday several excellent restaurants are nearby!) All new - full size fan oven with large gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer in fact all normal kitchen appliances including full size dishwasher.

Luxury accommodation in 'Jasmine or Bramble Cottage ' sleeps 6 / 8 based on: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. (Bramble 2 single beds) Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds. Lounge: double bed settee. Bathroom: Fully equipped. Bathroom/Power Shower etc.

Within a few metres is a fully equipped utility room complete with drying area, washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing board for essential holiday maintenance.

There are several excellent Pubs and Restaurants within 10 minutes drive, and we are close to the coast (30 min) Chulmleigh for basic shopping (10 min) or Exeter (30mins) by train from Eggesford Station for the more adventurous requiring retail therapy.
